We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Contact us to initiate a return.

Most orders arrive within 2–7 business days after processing. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
Are your products safe for pets?
Yes! All products sold at Markif are carefully selected with pet safety in mind. We only carry items that meet quality and safety standards.
Do you offer international shipping?

Is assembly required?

Are tools included for assembly?
Tools are not included. You will need to use your own tools — only the parts and hardware required for assembly are provided.
