Shipping policy

We ship across Canada. Shipping is free on orders over $200 CAD. For orders under $200, shipping is calculated at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Rates and delivery times

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout, based on your location and the shipping method you choose.

Order tracking

When your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Delays

We do our best to meet delivery estimates, but carrier issues or busy periods can sometimes cause delays. Thanks for your patience.

Damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, email photos of the item and the packaging, along with your order number, to info.markif@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving it.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order before it ships. A 5% cancellation fee applies.

Returns
